Disable cellular data for specific apps on iOS 7

is anyone else having the issue where you switch off cellular data for an app and when you go back in, the app still has cellular data switched on

So try it if you dont know what i mean

My facebook and twitter is the main apps

switch off cellular data

go out of settings

go back in

check if the apps still have cellular data switched off

Nope, mine stay off. I don't use this feature but I tested it now so that I could report back.

Restart the phone once you've turned it off.

i erased and restored about 4 times on saturday

seems to have worked
