Disconnecting every few minutes

Our Iburst connection at our office is disconnecting every few minutes and it is very very irritating if you want to send emails or trying to make a payment on internet banking

Seems Neotel is not the only one to suffer from this, maybe it's a wireless thing?

With Neotel it happened every hour.

The same thing happened to me on Monday, tt was my power adapter over heating got a new one and it's working fine now.

I changed the channel on my wireless router and notebook and the disconnections stopped.
