I use Microsoft Money to reconcile my accounts and track my spending habits. As far as I know, there is no reconciliation function in 22seven
Hi Simon.. is that MSN money? (I can’t find a Microsoft money app )
I am using Microsoft Money 2005. It is an old programme but does everything I need. It works on Windows 10

I've been considering this as well. Earn rate for miles is same Gold vs platinum. Only require a spend of R2500 to earn % cash back (miles on healthy purchases) vs R5000 on platinum. But you do get a bit more back on platinum vs Gold.Is there an easy way to downgrade an account type? I'm not benefiting from platinum and want to move to gold. Has anyone gone through this process?
Yes exactly. The only other benefit on Platinum is the iPhone benefit but I'm not using that, so really makes sense to move to Gold. Now just to figure out how to go about that...I've been considering this as well. Earn rate for miles is same Gold vs platinum. I see no other benefit to staying on platinum.
Thanks, at first 22seven did not integrate but your comment made me check again and bingo! Why not use an app like 22seven that will load all your transactions for analysis?
Me. I only got 50 % back from healthy gear, in stead of 56 %. Same for August. And then I'm not including healthy food and healthy care, which I don't even track.Anyone still waiting for their miles from vitality money which was short paid for July?
I also haven't received July's balance or anything from August yet. Call centre said by Monday.Anyone still waiting for their miles from vitality money which was short paid for July?
Well that’s strange. In the meantime I’ve received a mail from Discovery stating the dates on which they paid out my miles instead of advising when they will pay the remainder. And just like that, my miles account has disappeared from the banking app. Also not able to load VAR on the main app.
What I do is keep the receipts but I also add everything up to know more or less how much I should get back . Its crappy but for me it's the only way to make sure my cashback is not under paidWell that’s strange. my healthy food tracker also says 75 items for August but when I counted it (which is in the baskets) the amount was 114 items. Same applies for July.
It got fixed after a few hours. I got a stupid generic reply to my query about the short payment of miles for the last 2 months, so I ended up phoning them. These people don't read emails, so if you want your query resolved you will have to phone them.Well that’s strange. I agree it’s best. I keep a rough one on excel as wellWhat I do is keep the receipts but I also add everything up to know more or less how much I should get back . Its crappy but for me it's the only way to make sure my cashback is not under paid
I will definitely do that.It got fixed after a few hours. I got a stupid generic reply to my query about the short payment of miles for the last 2 months, so I ended up phoning them. These people don't read emails, so if you want your query resolved you will have to phone them.
But, don't phone the bank number and follow the prompts to miles queries. Whoever answers won't be able to help you. Call bank rewards directly on 011 529 6829.
They give is so many extra admin to do. According to my calculations they’ve short paid me by 8000 miles last month and 3000 this month. For some reason I got zero cashback from my secondary partner (pick and pay) even though I’ve spend R1200 on healthy food there as wellKeeping receipts is the only way. Have received nil for August yet. Was told by the 15th. Was also told though they can't find any Healthycare purchases for August. Had to send receipts to prove my dischem spend.
