Not the exact same problem, but I do have to relink Apple Health every week. Many have been reporting it for months on the App Store. Probably beyond the devs’ ability to fix.

Mine is also missing.
 
Wonder if they got hacked? Website is not functional (unable to log in) and app does not respond.

Could not have happened to a nicer company.
 
Bit pointless opting out of spam if they get around that by just creating new categories you have to opt out of.
 
Down for maintenance again. Luckily I could claim a voucher with the Discovery app.
