It's customised. Mine flunctuates between 2.1 and 4.3. Just check in the discovery app in Active Rewards in the Vitality Money page.
 
Have they added functionality to downgrade yet? I was waiting to see what the iPhone benefit would be and it doesn’t justify the extra R200 per month on the black card for me.

It also really sucks that if you want to get a more expensive iPhone than what your banking product covers, you have to pay the difference over 24 months WITH interest. You can’t just pay the difference upfront. What a shame.

yea, that sucks. If I was going to go that route I'd rather go with FNB - 10% interest.
 
Seems like the developers jumped the gun on the app update release notes a couple of days ago. Miles is not yet live.718634

All the best. Apparently I can’t get it because my credit limit is too low. They have to increase it before I can try to get it

That's how they get you. Personally, no phone is worth increasing my credit limit for.
 
I see I finally earned some miles. But there is no way its back dated amount for the last 3 months. Earned just over 1200 miles.

Mine go back to when I signed up in June. But the miles multiplier is gone. All the entries are marked ‘base miles’ though, so maybe something is coming? I only got 509 miles which I can convert into R42 if I want.
 
I don't see any miles on my app,not even the old miles? Only thing I can think of is discovery never debited me my annual miles fee in may for R440or whatever it was, they told me don't activate it as there won't be a new miles coming out, so will we still be paying an annual mile fee?
For those that got the new miles did you

I hadn’t paid the annual fee by the time I moved over either, so that can’t be the reason. I don’t think there’s a fee for miles anymore either, it should be included in the Vitality Money premium. I take it you’re running the latest version of the app?
