It's not a fixed amount. It depends with your account type and some Discovery voodoo. Just check in the Active Rewards section for your personalised figure.
 
i don’t know why I thought saving up rewards points would get me something more worthwhile... I’ve got nearly 1000 points and the only big ticket options are netflorist or a spa visit. Occasionally I stack a few R100s off at Dischem. Is this literally only good for bottomless smoothies

The details are still so badly communicated - I had read on the forum only that EFT count towards spending tiers - I hope someone can clarify EFT for money goals and spend tiers
 
I phoned them yesterday,they said a communication will be sent out in September with all the terms and conditions for spend band etc, I also asked about the miles they said they will let us know in September when the miles program will be starting and they still making a decision on whether miles will be back dated for those that have the new card.... Promises promises promises

Means they considering not back dating the miles .reason why I refused to update to the new buggy bank with no real benefit ( yet )

There was talk ( I think in the initial bank launch marketing) that they would offer the option to convert points into cash and paid into the Vitality Savings Account. Lets see what they launch new "e-money" offering.

I've used expiring points on Woolies vouchers but they have become increasingly problematic.... Not working at the till etc
 
They never debited me in may for the annual miles fee, I still have the option to activate it but was told don't as they not doing the miles in new cc.if they do backdate it I wonder if I'll get any considering it's not activated? Yet they told me don't.
 
Wife and I received emails telling us of our place in the queue to join DB.
Me ~16Kth, non discovery card holder. Her ~900th as a discovery card holder.
 
My wife has her card but can't activate her card as app states she's not in their records. Yet she ordered card via app.

Does anyone know if a linked 2nd card qualifies for the same dynamic discounts and rewards as the original?
 
Is anyone elses monthly goals not showing? I also never got pints for achieving lasts months two goals yet my pic n pay cash back went from 31% to 34%

I don’t have any goals either. And my reward level went from bronze to blue showing 0 points.

I also want to know more about this.

I hope my wife gets the 100% gym discount too since she is a dependant on my vitality, but doesn't have the discovery card herself.
 
From what I've seen on my transactions,the weekly goal transactions are only carried over for one week ,so they don't accumulate for two weeks or more, that sucks.

Mine seems to carry over:
  • 17-23rd, earned 6 points (Not achieved, 6 towards money goal)
  • 24-30th, earned 6 points (Not achieved, 12 towards money goal)
  • 31st-6th, earned 1 point, 12 carried over (sitting on 13)

Mine is
17-23 3 points (I achieved week before)
24-30 7.5 points (says total is 10.5 which is correct)
31st - 6th it says only 6.5 carried over, shouldn't it be 10.5? Why was only 6.5 carried over?
