Does anyone have a/the document that states the requirements to reach Diamond Vitality Money status on the Black Suite?

Mine is fine.i was worried as I normally pay full.amount by due date(last month having 28days, by the time I got paid on 25th and did the transfer 26th I made it Intime
 
Is it possible to change from Gold to Diamond and increase credit card limit without a payslip ?

You can only change from gold to diamond by having the necessary funds in a Discovery savings account. Amount will depend on the card colour.

With regards to part 2 of the question, I don't think so.
 
I'm pulling the plug on discovery bank (actually the whole discovery portfolio)
What's the best time of the month to do this and cancel?
Factors to consider, I want to still maximise my earn and miles for the last month and I would like to do it before being charged the next months' worth of bank charges.

Check what date your Discovery miles are paid into your account (mine is around the 12th) and then cancel after that.
 
Anyone able reach the Travel micro site through the bank menu on the website....just seems to hang after clicking "Travel" ?
Was hoping to see whats the discount on flysafair since no updates from Kulula on refund of existing tickets.

Same. Everyone is probably trying to log in at the same time, so the system is crashing....
 
Hmmm seems to be up and running now..good to see the same discounts applicable for Kulula and Safair, great to have more options going forward...just pissed I already booked with Kulula.

Have you considered disputing the transaction?
I have tickets booked for Sunday morning so still up in limbo.

Going to try that tomorrow actually... Been trying to wait it out as I have a booking for Saturday but saw a response on Twitter stating they aiming to be operational by Sunday (although I'm beginning to think this might go on for a few weeks).
