Discovery Vitality [2018]

Your points estimate sound outdated. You get 100 points for gym (unless of course you hit the heart rate targets at the gym to get 300 points every time), and 50 for 5000 steps. And they only count the highest points earned for the day, so 100 for the gym in this case.

Yes, I always do 80% HR when I go to the gym, hence the 1200 points a week.

Vitality open started mid September. So I think we have about 5 weeks left?

Nah, I heard on the radio it is until the end of November. 1000 bucks they extend it for another 2 weeks because of "overwhelming response"

Hi all,

Is there a place to see whether I have reached my limits on the 10000 steps and 60% HR?
It is not very transparent and I always have the limits reached on the 60%HR then my 10000 steps stated higher points awarded to another activity.

I am not sure if I did the right choice to get a fitbit.

Regards
Jeffrey

When will our stuff be expiring again ? i.e. until when do we have time to try and get the 5 diamond bounty
Not exactly what you are looking for, but you can see how many points are expiring in the current week.
On the app Vitality - Vitality Active Rewards - Rewards

Look for your reward points available and it shows how many expire this week.

If you log onto the Discovery website and go to your vitality points monitor, there is an option to switch to the old points monitor which will give you a breakdown of all your points.

This will show you a summary of what you've earned in each category.

Not sure if it’s been discussed before but I did a “myrun” today and was pleasantly surprised and thought I’d give the forum some feedback.
Lower attendance than park run so you not dodging a mass of people while walking or running. Faster timing check in. Received the 300 vitality points same day as well.
I did the myrun at the campus in Bryanston. Even allowed parking inside the campus.
I am doing parkrun and myrun and hitting 600 points by Sunday without a heart rate monitor is awesome. Well theoretical 600 seeing that park run only arrives in your points on Wednesday.

Is anyone else's vitality drive been stuck on 100/100km since last week?

It resets later, generally. Keep driving, it does correct usually.
