Discovery Vitality [2019]

Now i know that my points will carry over to the new vitality, and i will loose my current status (gold 2 year in a row, end of this year wouldve been diamond... but yeah...)

But i want to know, how will the log in work? Will i still have access to my current points, Dischem vouchers, Vitality active rewards (Currently have 140 active rewards points, and 1 diamond.)

I tried asking the call center all this, but they all give different explanations.

Based on any interaction with this company I think you should expect the worse and keep your expectations very low. Like you will probably lose everything and will have to start over again. Anything transferred to the new membership (as a dependant) would be a bonus.

the health checks were free at Dischem - I see they claimed the full R404 from my health benefits
 
You can claim from msa. The Vitality check is available even if msa is exhausted.
 
App update on Android. Looks like they will implement biometrics before the end of the month.

Hot damn at long last. Discovery can learn a lot from Momentum, whose app is actually fast and works 1000 times better and have had biometric authentication for a long time already.

Can you not (very quickly) take out the cheapest life policy that they offer in your name.? And keep your Vitality linked to you, and add her to your Vitality.
Then you can argue with them about moving Vitality to her profile
 
Too late for that, I already had a life policy with them as well, but had no idea that I could do that.

I've already resigned from my vitality and activated her vitality.
 
Hi. Anyone struggling to log in to discovery both on the website and through the app (I’m using and IOS device)
 
After more than 16plays on the board I've never got more than. A 30..im actually loosing motivation to achieve my weekly goal as I don't have any other boosters. Has anyone got more than 30?

Back when it first started but I am on 9 strak weeks of 25
