Discovery Vitality 2020

I didn't pay anything, i took their offer of paying it from my cashback for the next 2 months. I also received a mail regarding a discount end of may. 25% i think i should get.

well my debit order was 2nd May and got a R35 discount?
 
I got a reply from them as well. My premium was collected on 2nd May. They told me the discount would reflect in May. I said thanks and please send a statement showing the credit then for April and May. They assured me that the special is only for May and the debit order will run on 26 May. I don't know what they on about.

I did the virtual run as well. Bought the computicket ticket, and ran over 5km. Let's see... The ts and cs do say 7 days. Did anyone take a selfie to win a prize?

Yeah I'm very confused too , their Facebook post contradicts what their email said ,
One moment they say they need to collect th data of how much you travel in April to adjust your discount to go off at end of may ,makes sense, bit why then does some people already have their discount at end of April?

You paid for the computicket ticket? I wanted to do the virtual run but sounded complicated

I called about the driving goal and there’s a system issue with some people apparently. Goal shows achieved on their side but it didn’t pull through somehow so they’ve logged a query.
 
I see the Discovery Drive dashboard has been updated. Shows zero cashback as I spent R0 on feul. Let's hope they update it as promises to average spend of previous months

Fuel spend has been updated on my drive dashboard. Pretty sure it's higher than my average monthly spend though, not sure how they got to the amount...

I need to push up my DQ monthly points it's sitting at 1300 so max I get is R650 which I'm not complaining,would be nice to get more lol but seems.i need to pay for the advanced eye gym

I wonder if they will.give us average spend again next month, probably not

The process isn't a hassle to be honest. You have to purchase the ticket but its free. I guess its a way to mark your entry dunno. Other than that you do your run on the day and wait for your points to reflect within 7 days. Upload a selfie if you want a chance to win prizes but not necessary.

It was only for April, maybe they will extend it

Discount has not been updated on my bank app yet, no.
 
Mine went from 20-40% last month,or it could have been from 01 may, my max marker is 50%, so I think I would have got more if I did my fitness test,
Pity it's not 50%as Im going to sportsman warehouse today seems they have a sale,
I'm.with bank platinum card and diamond money status

But how can they say 1 may, and some.havent been updated, if you make a purchase today will they sort that out?
