Be that as it may, I still feel they can do a better job with rewarding low risk clients. Firstly it should not be an additional opt-in scheme like vitality and secondly it should use real currency, not points.
Making the weekly goals impossible to reach only encourages cheating. I hope they learn this the hard way.
There are a few folks at the office that get their weekly goals. They almost do next to nothing compared to me. I think they ride to work three times a week and it is less than 10km.

Agreed, 80% is flippin ridiculous if lifting. Still going to give them hell on what I think of them, i just haven't had time to write a coherent post on their FB page.If you run. There's no way I can manage 80% heart rate for 30 mins when lifting. Hell, even when running 80% is difficult for me to manage for 30 minutes.
