Disney+ data usage on different video quality settings tested

Did you mention any of the other issues that people are dealing with?
We sent a separate query so feedback for one doesn't block feedback for another.

Can they at least publish a list of known issues so we know they're working on it?
If they don't, we will. Or at least try our best to collate as many of the known issues as possible.

Checked with there support they don't have an app on PlayStation surely this should of been checked before launch.

I see (google) the XBox app is supposed to be released a month after launch. So I presume same for PS.

Because my Android Media player only goes to 1080.. I want that 4k.

Probably better to use their stats for nerds screen to see what resolution and bit rates they're using. Then you can be sure what Auto is choosing, which should actually be the highest resolution supported, 1080p in Chrome, unless the network is too slow. There you'd also be able to see whether it is really switching to 720p.

While the numbers in this article do indicate that their Data saver mode potentially doesn't do anything there are some other things I wonder about, like why is Netflix almost the same on Auto and Low. I'd expect Auto to choose the highest resolution your network speed can support. Does this mean that Low doesn't actually work on this Netflix app or that Auto doesn't?

The biggest problem is the inconsistency of the Disney+ applications. It wouldn't be surprising to find that Data saver works on some platforms.
