So I signed up With Afrihost last month and was connected fast and efficiently. Then this month it worked wonders, even toped up with additional 1gb when mine ran out.
Unfortunately I have to cancel the 5gb from the end of the month and since I couldn't do it on the Panel I send a mail detailing that I wanted the account cancelled for November.
Tried to connect tonight to use my additional 790mb but couldn't. Mailbox reveiled that account was now confirmed cancelled. Upon 24hr enquiry I got feedback that my cancellation was with Immediate effect.
Now I can understand that it's good deal and while I paid service was great. Now when they already have my money for a service paid for my account gets cancelled BEFORE november and I end up losing 790mb.
I know it's only R29 but geez where's integrity Afrihost??
