DLINK DSL-224 half-bridge mode

Hi All

Got myself a DLINK DSL-224 modem. Trying to get half-bridge set up so I can have the modem linked to my afrihost account while also being able to dial PPoE my Telkom account from my PC. Cannot get it working. Does anyone have any tips for me please?

I've solved the problem! Not sure if I missed the setting before but when editing the Channel (internet setup) there was no option to enable transparent bridging. I had to putty into the modem and enter config mode and then enable bridge stp (not sure what the stp is...). Then when editing the channel I saw a setting for transparent bridging and could enable it. Now it works.

stp = spanning tree. not sure why that would make a difference to transp bridging but hey, it works.
