What I’m suggesting with the e-tolls is that they are encouraging people to not register / buy e-tags. No problem with this, since I’m also against e-tolls. But’s should the public be liable for not participating in e-tolls can Cosatu be liable for this, carry the weight of such burden?
And to what extend is optional, will this not become a requirement?
