Is banking just about "send money from a to b"? No, don't be silly. Paying someone is just but 1 function.
What about: debit order management, statements, buying VAS, management of accounts, card, investments, profile....

so first you mention pricing of the actual transaction, then when called on it, you move the goal post to who charges for internet banking lol

Depends on your profile, for my profile I can tell you with absolute certainty that Capitec's online banking does everything I need, it's not pretty, but it is very easy to use. It also works in all browsers.

I have no doubt FNB supports more functionality, other than the PayPal stuff I've not used it, but in general the online banking looks prettier, yet less intuitive to use and it seems to only work properly in IE.

Nedbank and ABSA's online banking is just plain nasty imo, SBSA seems decent enough.

They're all shyte - SA companies in general (and banks specifically) suck at UI and UX
