The lawyer I spoke to, specialises in motor vehicle accidents, I even consulted two other lawyers.

The panel beaters would not even come out to my car if they were not confident I would be able to claim the money to pay for the repairs as well.

And my fees are capped, but I see Pitbull missed that point.

A lawyer who caps his fees?

So let me get this right.

What is the going rate for lawyers lately? around R 800 an hour?

Sense... it makes none :D

Cheap lawyers charge R800

Buying a polo, spending 150k on it to make it faster and then selling it for 70k makes a lot of sense yes.

Oh, naturally...

I'm still awaiting everyone's reports from the credit bureaus to determine whether their vehicles and houses are paid off. Otherwise I just don't know whose opinions to take seriously...

LOL, m'kay so my sister has an LLM. I just asked her, I said "As my kar nie verseker is nie en iemand anders ry in dit vas en die herstel kos meer as dubbel die waarde van die kar, kan ek dan legally daai koste claim van die ou se insurance?" She was like "Nee, maar as jy 'n nool is kan jy try". So there we have it, legally.

Sounds like you live with free beers?
What an apt description... How does she know saturnz?

If you like Pitbull think credibility is established by your assets then I can understand why you are in the same predicament.

But isn't that a criteria before Crystal Web enters into agreements with possible clients?

I'm a bit lost here. Last time I was up to date on reading the thread there was no indication of what car we were talking about. I did a speed read of the last few pages and without going back to look again, can anyone confirm if it is indeed the Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991?

Fitting an extra E30 fuel tank on the Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991 would surely be seen as a modification and could affect whether the insurance covers it?
