Jissis dude, the car is only valued at R 9 750 retail. And you getting a lawyer for it?![]()
But its historically significant man! That adds at least a 0 to the price.

The lawyer I spoke to, specialises in motor vehicle accidents, I even consulted two other lawyers.
The panel beaters would not even come out to my car if they were not confident I would be able to claim the money to pay for the repairs as well.
And my fees are capped, but I see Pitbull missed that point.
So let me get this right.
What is the going rate for lawyers lately? around R 800 an hour?
Sense... it makes none![]()
3 lawyers consulted. 1 on standby for 18 month litigation. R3k quote. Yoh! This lawyer's vehicles must all be paid off...

Oh, naturally...two of them practice in the same building I live in, so it made sense to make get more opinions
What an apt description... How does she know saturnz?LOL, m'kay so my sister has an LLM. I just asked her, I said "As my kar nie verseker is nie en iemand anders ry in dit vas en die herstel kos meer as dubbel die waarde van die kar, kan ek dan legally daai koste claim van die ou se insurance?" She was like "Nee, maar as jy 'n nool is kan jy try". So there we have it, legally.
Sounds like you live with free beers?
Oh, naturally...
I'm still awaiting everyone's reports from the credit bureaus to determine whether their vehicles and houses are paid off. Otherwise I just don't know whose opinions to take seriously...
Do you sleep in a basement?two of them practice in the same building I live in, so it made sense to make get more opinions
But isn't that a criteria before Crystal Web enters into agreements with possible clients?Oh, naturally...

Nope. Our criteria require spare tanks in all vehicles, that's all. If not, bam, your internet dies...But isn't that a criteria before Crystal Web enters into agreements with possible clients?
I'm a bit lost here. Last time I was up to date on reading the thread there was no indication of what car we were talking about. I did a speed read of the last few pages and without going back to look again, can anyone confirm if it is indeed the Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991?
