Yes but the chronological order of posts where you quoted posts confirms it.the fact that someone other than me on this forum has also questioned whether the car has been confirmed makes this statement irrelevant

Are you paying them?
So there is no case?did I say they are taking on the case, why must I pay someone for nothing?
Well you do say your fees are capped at R3k.... as far as any decent lawyer is concerned thats pretty much pro bono.
So there is no case?
So his assessment was pro bono, which is the norm I beleive?the lawyer whose speciality is motor vehicle accidents looked at the evidence I showed him and given the circumstances agreed to cap the fee because he doesn't foresee much problems
....why they doing the case pro bono when I haven;t even appointed them.
the lawyer whose speciality is motor vehicle accidents looked at the evidence I showed him and given the circumstances agreed to cap the fee because he doesn't foresee much problems.
however, this doesn't explain where the two lawyers come from, and why they doing the case pro bono when I haven;t even appointed them.
Are you using legalwise?

The Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991 was a symbol of hope and prosperity for many.

My guess is the guy who agreed to cap the fee knows you will only get at most R20k out... so no point asking for much more as you won't be able to pay it.
Are you using legalwise?
and you were there during the consultation? do you know what was discussed?
Saturnz can never again be taken seriously after this thread.
You assume some people still took him serious after the Monza thread.
