Do the e-toll mathematics, minister

It's not mathematics, it is basic arithmetic. And, yes, she can't do it.

Neither can the rest of the ANC.
 
lol, I just laughed at the headline. A minister that can do maths... that will be the day.
 
What am I reading ??? R22.9bn worth of petrol & diesel or 22.9bn liters of petrol & diesel :confused: Who wrote this or said this??? Do we use 22 billion litres of petrol & diesel p/a... ?

Either way ... the Minister probably has no "real" matric / university qualifications (going by typical ANC modus operandi :D )

Anyone ever seen an abacus in action?

I used to visit some of the Chinese factories outside East London and watching them use an abacus was like watching a good magician.
The beads whizzed back & forth so fast that I thought they would overheat.
 
maybe shes trying to get people to use the excess to pay off the governments TOTAL debt,

didn't nene say that the governments debt is at crisis levels?
 
Well Verwoerd did manage to make maths hard for blacks .. :whistling:

Although I suspect it's more a case of outright dishonesty with her than lack of ability to do the math.

On the other hand, I'm often spectacularly bad at arithmetic myself, although I'm a competent mathematician.:D

Around that much. Consumption figures for the first six months of this year (from the Depatment of Energy's website) indicate that we used 11.925 billion litres of pertol and diesel.

That's right, different things.

Maybe the ANC are good at maths, who knows ?

But they sure as hell are really bad at arithmetic,
 
I have never seen the ANC being able to return data, probability and statistics into results.
