Exactly the same reason why male - male rape normally goes unreported. Have heard somewhere that a criminal might rape a man that he has burgled for example to try make him ashamed and not call the police.

Although how 3 woman can rape a man is beyond belief. First of all the oke must have been a reel weenie that he couldn't just push them away. Second, how did they force him to get an erection.
