Not discounting anything. It's rather strange that no military had shot them down, not even the incidents in New Jersey back in November 2024.

Formerly an USAF officer and intelligence official with a degree in physics, has claimed US federal government and a aerospace companies has "above top secret" programs immersed in recovery and reverse engineering of non human space crafts, and their dead pilots. In addition, people have been murdered and threatened, including scientists, to prevent revealing evidence of these programs.

I've explained several times why the military cannot shoot anything down in a country not at war. You just ignore the explanations because you really, really, really want to believe they're alien craft.

That's a book promotion, not an authoritative article. If NATO has shot down drones over their own territory and you know it for a fact, you will be able to provide:

Place.
Date and time.
Drone type.
Method used.

There is no NDA agreement inherent in a security clearance. Anything classified cannot be revealed until the classifier declassifies it. Do you know the criteria for the levels of security classification?

Which means he has to reveal state secrets to his lawyer. That would be in contravention of a security clearance unless his lawyer is also security cleared, which he won't be, as security clearance is subject to 'need-to-know' constraints. Just because you have a secret clearance does not mean that every secret document is available to you. Only secrets you are involved with are available to you. Tell me you have never had a security clearance?

This is still ongoing, it has been for the last decade or so, there has been two Congressional hearings about it now.

Surely you've must of heard about AATIP and AARO, and people like David Fravor, Luis Elizondo, Christopher Melon, Jay Statton, Ryan Graves before ?

Grusch's attorney is Charles McCullough III and he's a former Inspector General of US Intelligence Community. Grusch reported his findings to ICIG, so it's obvious the Inspector General has the necessary clearance. Members keep their clearance unless they've done something drastic.
