A top secret and secret clearance expires every 3 years. Confidential expires every 5 years. What a security clearance holder learnt while holding a clearance remains classified until it is declassified, including after the person retires or leaves the service.

Do you know the criteria for classifying information and how the level of classification is determined? Do you know who can classify information? Do you know the procedure for declassifying information?

He may have the level of clearance required, but intelligence is compartmentalised. If he had no need to know information, he would not know. A secret clearance does not entitle the holder to any secret information other than that required for their duties.

Do you use the entertainment channel Fox News as a source of information?

Belgium has not authorised drones to be shot down as incursions of Russian drones across their border are unlikely, which is not the case in Lithuania and Poland, which are on a war footing regarding Russia. You need to read up on threat levels and response.

Who said they were ? I believe you are misreading my posts or jumping to conclusions, anyways these were some of the takeaways.
I shared a linked to a documentary film that I thought would be an interesting watch for you, because it's like a catch up of everything that has happened in the last decade regarding the UAP etc disclosures, that was all.

It's not a movie, as I explained it's a catch up, so that you don't have to watch multiple documentaries on this topic or discussion, they do a pretty decent job in the documentary as for a sequence of events side of things.

Anyways, I'm not arguing with you, I only shared a link, like I said I'm a "fence sitter" personally.

Attorney–client privilege overrides most NDAs

An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) can restrict someone from talking to the public, press, or unauthorized individuals —
but it cannot prevent a person from talking to their own lawyer.

The law considers it impossible to defend your rights if you can’t tell your attorney the full truth.
So even classified topics can be discussed with:

an attorney who has the proper security clearance, or

an attorney who agrees to handle the information under restricted conditions set by the government.

In national security cases, there may be extra steps

If the NDA involves classified information (which Grusch’s likely does):

He can tell an attorney,

but sometimes the attorney must go through a clearance process,

or the government must authorize the setting where the conversation takes place.

Still, legally speaking, the NDA cannot block him from seeking legal counsel.

Thought provoking interview. Not that I can agree with most of his concepts, but interesting nevertheless.

Most interesting was MK Ultra. In 2023 the Quebec court ruled the US government has immunity against being sued for their mind control experiments.

I experience that when I’m in mania (bipolar 1).

Anti-psychotics (seroquel etc.) allow me to function in contentious reality. No idea which experience is valid or not, just taking what works.

It comes down to a value hierarchy. Is being right worth more than the happiness of those closest to me?
