Panpsychism is a philosophy that consciousness is a feature of reality. When a discussion is about a philosophical subject, no effort is made to debunk it. No pseudoscience involves panpsychism. Before dabbling into this aspect, I recommend a thorough reading of Plato, Russel, Schopenauer, Socrates and many others. This subject is way above the layman and requires a Masters Degree in Philosophy to comment on.

Anyway, to get back on topic, I do think there could be aliens out there, but I imagine they might be something more like plant life on another planet. Aliens flying around in space ships giving probes that is a line too far. The evidence is more based in myth than reality.

Anything you experience is considered panpsychism. Discussing the subject and existentialism requires much study. Hence, a degree is required, unless you want to appear a fool.

Until empirical proof is produced of aliens, they do not exist. Just like until empirical proof of the Easter Bunny and Santa is produced, they also do not exist.
