Side-A: The human race has met its master(1992+)
No, if you mean from outerspace. I believe that everything the human race on Earth...(The last liveable planet within reach of travel all ways, meaning even if there were far away, none would live to discover each other at this stage of groth of the universe),....boggles its minds with comes from humans for humans good or evil, dont look up, look around. The human race is the only specie on earth that live in code unlike animals etc and the human race is known to bullsh$t each other endlessly, as we can see daily every day.
-Did population growth bring about these changes in the brain between say 1-Billion up to-3 Billion around on Closed system Earth. Why do I say 3 Billion(1950-Ties) and not 8 Billion(2023+). It is clear today the the human race in indeed very intelligent in various sefments of life, however since 1992+ a serious lack in Leadership Social Intelligence in relation to population growth had developed and therefore we had other intelligence streams like living in the abstract binary code(Deeply Abstract components) outperform the Social-Intelligence capability at a scale of over 3 Billion, so therefore we have all the worldwide leadership chaos, fighting and splitting up societies like school bullies fighting every day at school. Now from 3 Billion it has not go better in this regard up to 8 Billion.

Side-B: Theres a vacuum in the intelligence options today.
Is side -B option still alive on earth-?, or do it live in our abstract minds along generations of this race-?
Now one could ask When, How & Why did the Human brain develop to such an extend to live in abstract codes like Numbers, Letters and Symbols to carry our communication and "so called knowledge" and Experience .
Now lets face it 99.9% of humans on earth are blind sheep like followers even if intelligent, as long as a Suggestive Abstract Trend has been established regards anything in our lives.
One could also ask if this type of brainpower did not exist on earth, how did it get here, and worse its very/highly unlikely that earthling were able to travel anywhere away from earth, so if not from earth, it must have come from another livable planet where the intelligence were from. It difficult to believe the human race plottered on for millions of years, and only made"progress" the last 5OO years away from "primitive".

Now to throw a brick in the fire, how would any of us know if a few of the real intelligent souls from outer space live on earth secretly with no ID's in our terms(From them for us)....How would we know that, when we do not even know who is exactly living in each country-?
 
Aliens probably do exist but the efforts being made to contact them are probably a waste of resources. Even if we do detect a signal that is beyond reasonable doubt from an artificial alien source, we won't really be able to have meaningful dialogue with them.
 
Not until I personally see one and can confirm it's not from Earth.
 
Other - I can't know for sure if they do or don't. We haven't explored a tiny fraction of the Universe yet.

Have they visited earth, I doubt it. Our current understanding of physics makes it impossible.
 
Aliens yes. UFOs no.

I very much doubt that first contact would be so recognizable and "close" to the human frame of reference.
