Do you bite your nails?

I know you have your own machine but have you tried windmills kitchen beans?The place off the n3 on nottingham road. My favourite coffee place.

I have been to the windmill's. But haven't bought beans or coffee from any of the shops there.

Only my left thumb nail. But I don't bite it...mi scratch it with my other nails and get pieces off. It looks bad and I am trying to break the habit but have not been able to. I think it is also stress and anxiety related. My other nails are perfect though. I don't damage them.

I've started sometimes using an emery board. Dafuq has been keeping this a secret that I can just remove any sharp nail bits that nail clippers sometimes leave.
