CT born and breed...2005/6 was on that a blood type specific diet..., but that was an attempt to temper my uncontrollable blood pressure naturally. Eventually, I was just put on a regiment of BP meds and told, genetics...this is the best that can be done, -do regular check ups, eat a balanced diet....keep cholesterol in check, gym regularly - fast fwd, meds put my system out of sync...besides the crap the other classes of BP meds were causing...the diuretics leached most of potassium out of my system, body compensated with sodium...Covid hit, lockdowns followed....the break in habitual routines, brough some real awareness...first time I realise, just how crap these meds were making me feel stopped taking the BP meds altogether, ...body naturally wanted more fresh produce ...from there I have been on journey back to my true self ...first thing I noticed was the vitality that was emerging and then surging within me, my blood pressure normalised, - cutting meat out of my diet was just a natural progression from there...Normally Type A can't handle too much meat. Type B is not that common in certain parts of the world. Like SA. Where do you live? Hong Kong?
