Guys, I find that my cellphone service provider cheats me on my free minutes, month after month. For the past 3 months in a row I have not received my full 500 free minutes on a talk 500 contract. Now lets be honest. Who would sit with a calculator every month and add up all the free seconds/minutes received? Very very few people do. In the meantime, the cellphone companies are robbing us blind cause they are making us pay for calls when we actually still have free minutes that should be credited to us. So, I have logged a call with my service provider, twice and had absolutely no feedback what so ever.
