Do you fight with your partner?

Me and the Misses fight often, we're engaged... I'm gonna wait till the fighting is more sensible before we marry.
From the above list we fight Verbally, silence treatment the most
Then like yesterday, physically:eek: she choked me

Thing is i cant figure out wheter she means to hurt me or not  Its like your little brother would hit grab kick you??!! Thats why i do nothing it seems kinda harmless but i dont know if its as hard as she can hit and i'm just physically bigger stronger so it doesnt hurt. If she is trying to hurt me then thats not on but i'm not sure!! :o
We dont stay mad for long though few minutes maybe half an hour tops

We're happy that you're still with us. Hope you're OK :D

My wife and I have minor disagreements, yeah - over in less than 20 mins.
Never anything major.

My ex-wife and I used to throw furniture at each other.

So, which is healthier?

To be honest, we have never had a fight

I get pissed or she gets pissed, throw a few words around. I then tell her to keep quiet now, and leave it. Know she knows that if I said that.... I'm at my breaking point. After a few minutes we realise how stupid it was and have make up sex :D

But I need to add, I'm always in the wrong. It makes the time wasted at being cross at each other so much shorter. And yes I am always the one in the wrong not because she says so. Because I am :p

You tell your wife to keep quiet?

Words fail me.

Despite your bravado, you do not strike me as the kind to pummel your wife - and I suppose she knows that.

I will never and have never done so. She knows that, I think it's just she knows by the time I ask her to keep quiet now that I really mean it and mean no disrepect by it. It's more of a friendly request.

If you saw me in real life and I told you to be quiet..... You would :D

I can't comment on your relationship and I am not trying to, but SPEAKING FOR MYSELF, I would not like someone to tell me to keep quiet, even if he were ten times my size and very threatening in appearance.

My bf's end-this-fight-now tactic is to light up a cigarette and look over theeeeeeeere in the distance :D

hehe I like his style. But in the heat of the moment I would never turn my head away from my wife  I know she wouldn't dare but what if she picks up a Bauer Pan

lol, no just joking.

I think every couple has their "This stops now" thing they do :) It's a good thing to have I think it lets the other party know to back off now and let things cool down a little.

And 100% of the time after not talking to each other for 10 minutes, you both realise what a stupid thing it is ;)

Me and my partner had fights but we sort it out by talking about it. Since I'm not really the type who would keep silent during the fight, we would sort it out after the tension has cooled down. Doesn't matter who wins or loses but what's important is that you talk about it so that you'll understand each other and how you came up with that fight or argument.

there is always the option, like i have to take up arms (nunchakas, short sticks, staff, swords, ninja stars, nightsticks, tri section staff, sais, ropes....) and go about it :D

I agree, fights are healthy every now and then.

Mine likes to become a very busy housewife: cleaning etc when angry. So if I think we need a bit of extra cleanliness, I do stir the pot once in a while :D

Then again she knows how to push my buttons to buy her stuff :- car service, king size bed , deep freeze etc. Damm so thats where my pc money went.
