If we avoid an accident because I was the one that took evasive action for their carelessness (forcing me to take action after you skip a traffic light or ignore a stop sign), then yeah. And I lose it because you have shown total disregard for anybody else on the road and you are a kant for it.

you really value your life don’t you?

Yeah, not the smartest thing to do.
I won't be doing it again but at least I learned not to make eye contact with rabbit dogs.

At that stage, I did not think they would just rip out a gun and shoot somebody in public...
Rabbit dogs have no values.

It's only natural to get angry when people drive like idiots and it affects you. It's how you control your anger that matters. I learned long ago that it's just not worth it to loose your cool and throw your toys out the cot. Just smile and wave, boys.

I've zapped someone before and it got nasty very quickly. I was much younger then, and have learnt to control my emotions.

These days its basically taxis that get under my skin, but have also learnt to "live" with them..

Yeah when I was younger I used to rage a lot. I once stopped a taxi on the N1. Got out to have a go at him.

There I was, shouting at him in the fast lane. Telling him his ****. He replied very calmly; asking me if there was a problem. Whilst his hands were behind his back.

I told him yes, he is a **** driver. So he repeated the question. It then clicked; and I responded and said “have a good day” and got in my car and left.

That was 13 years ago now. I’ve grown up since and now not even taxis get under my skin. I let them be. Cruise control on and idiots must do what they do.

Nope. 95% of drivers here are super polite and considerate so it's really easy to stay chilled.
Yeah driving here in the UK; most drivers are predictable and most obey the rules.

I definitely do get enraged, hoot, shout and use offensive sign language at people that drive like idiots, but have never gotten into a physical altercation with another driver. I once followed a lady to her destination and gave her a mouthful after I nearly T-boned her when she skipped a stop sign. She was totally oblivious to the fact that we were nearly in a huge accident.

I must say that I have learned to be more calm in the last couple of years than I was previously.

Bicycle is my main mode of transport. Only thing that gets under my skin is kids on moped's flying down the bicycle lane. But not enough to call it rage. At that age I had a golf with an after market exhaust that kept the neighborhood up. Thought I was cheese screeching down suburbia. I would probably klap younger me now.

England South coast
yeah driven a lot when I have been over in the UK and I find that most of the drivers are very respectful whether it be England, Wales or Scotland. The one thing that I adore is they actually listen to the keep left pass Right Mantra.

The only place I was nervous driving was in the highlands of Scotland where the roads are basically single lanes with passing areas every 500 metres or so, and as quite as the roads are when you get the local workers in their vans speeding up behind you it gets quite nerve racking on the twists and turns.

When I was younger I was always in such a rush. Got angry when people blocked my lane (not keeping left etc.).

Nowadays I just keep a safe distance and get away from them as soon as I can. Life's too short to get angry about some reckless chop.

Only time I try to get another driver's attention or something these days is to inform them they've left their lights off at night or something. So like, as a safety thing to try to help, not because I want to give them a klap or something.

Depends on the situation.

If someone fcks up and is immediately apologetic I don't even get annoyed, but if they double down and act like you've done something wrong then I do admit I rage a bit.

Do I follow them? No.
Do I do dumb sh*t with my car in retaliation? No.
Do I get out the car and want to start a fight? No.
