not worth it but yeah i get upset when people cut me off

i hate when people also cut in ...but what can we do

sit quiet and relax ...and give them looks but thats it

I've always driven a lot since I started working. If I have to get angry every time somebody does something stupid on the road I'll lose my marbles very quickly.

Just swear under my breath, as my wife will quickly tell me to control your temper. Also it is not good for your health or your life.

Guess that depends what is classified as "road rage", but no I've learned long ago that it's not worthing getting yourself worked up over stupid people.

I normally just shrug my shoulders and give the person a WTF look.

Is it even possible to not feel frustration when you see one of these mamparas in the middle of a main road

Yes, but not towards drivers... Its a human trade to push boundaries.

My anger is always towards the lazy License inspectors cause we don't have traffic officers in SA, just people that park on the side and pull off drivers to check the quality of their fakes.

ie: SA has Zero law enforcement.

I rage and swear in the car from time to time if it's an outstanding situation, purely as a release mechanism. I don't involve the other person though with aggression/signalling/confrontation. Life's too short to have it possibly cut shorter by trying to correct or one-up some brainless dipschit on the road.

Disclaimer: I did have one situation with one of those window sprayers once. I told him numerous times not to do it and he grinned and did it anyway and then got abusive when I gave him the finger. He then ran away when I got out of the car to smash him. Not my proudest moment and definitely not my style.

lol that's familiar, I had the same with a window sprayer that I told very clearly, loudly and repeatedly: "NO"

when he went ahead anyway I put the wipers on, squirted him with the window washer, and when he didn't stop I pulled up the handbrake, put the hazards on and got out the car and chased him a few meters

it was one of those malnourished tik-koppe so I was like twice his size, think he realised he was in no position for a physical altercation

not proud nor ashamed of that moment, no means no

When I'm a passenger, I'm the angriest motherfcker, but when I'm driving I'm like a zen monk.

No clue why.
