Yes, tanks, borehole etc. Will look at septic system should the games continue

Going on 5 years now running my house from my well point. Last major maintenance issue was about 2 years ago when I needed to replace the pump

I told you where i bought my system ? Got 2 new filter sets last week, they are definitely the cheapest.
After 6 weeks my filters wasn't that dirty - just sediment.
Post deets please.

Parents have a JoJo tank which collects rainwater... But they're too afraid to plumb it into anything other than the toilets because of filtration etc.

Borehole on Solar with 1KL tank. With 5 liters of bleach in case of emergency. it takes me 10 -15 minutes to fill the tank.

No mention in the article about installing a fire pool

Voted other, yes, using for laundry and irrigation.

Just need to connect to a filtering system and then plumb into the house, after which it will be used for showers and bathrooms.

I am planning to go with a similar setup as per @HunterNW.
You're going to filter bathing water?

Yes, borehole, 15k storage, filtering, septic handling with black and grey separation, and some grey recycling for toilet and garden use. Full offgrid system. Originally I had a rainwater system for my greenhouse, but testing revealed contaminants, so its combined with grey now.

What "level of filtration" do these devices provide?

Like, can you hook one of these up to the pump from the rainwater Jojo tank and supply:

Kitchen tap (washing dishes, etc)
Washing machine
Geyser
Drinking water

Right now I feel like they are underutilizing the Jojo... and in the event of a water shortage/supply issues, they'd just have a cache of rainwater which only does so much.
