Do you have a home?

I know Joburgers especially who view their house as a place they go to rest and spend as much time as possible out of the house.

That's what they do... spend 100% of their time not sleeping or working, at the malls, at parties, at bars.. etc..

It's a house until I start painting and drilling and making alterations to it and invested some of my time into it.

So yes, it's a Home now.

I find any place we rest our heads for a few days quickly becomes home. Like when you travel somewhere, you go out and do your sight-seeing, always nice to come back to a familiar place.
Closer to, umm, home (yes I said it) I'd say we've got a few. My folks place will always be home, in-laws place as well.

Used to have a home, had to move to another place, and this place does not feel like a home and I always refer to it as the house and never used the word home yet. Looking for another place which will hopefully be a home.

Personally, I just go and lay down in the street after work.
