I have decided to stay out of this thread - and that includes @Venomous quoting me. My absence of decently spec work laptop is hurting me emotionally :D
 
SSD at work and SSD & NVME at home. All PCs boot SSD and may have additional SSD drives for performance.

Yes. I have a SSD in every computer I use. Work notebook, personal notebook and even in my media centre. My media centre is my old notebook that received a SSD upgrade to make it last another year as a workhorse before I finally had to retire it to a life of media streaming. Since then a SSD is one of my minimum requirements. It's the single biggest upgrade you can give any computer in my opinion.
 
Shortly after starting on the job in 2013 they gave us Transcend 128GB SSDs. Still using that, reasonably fast especially because I enabled secure boot.
 
Upgraded my laptop about two weeks ago. I don't know why I didn't do it before, the difference is incredible.
 
Nope.
My company is too cheap to get us new equipment.
My laptop is over 5 years old, and some staff members are using laptops even older.
As a division netting 130 million a year, it's pretty penny wise and pound foolish if you ask me.
 
Samsung Pro 840 SSD - best thing I ever did to upgrade (well the only thing I could upgrade!) my laptop.
