Earphones are great. However, a pair of earphones can make you self-conscious when they keep falling out your not so 'normal' ears. Here's something that's sure to help.

I tend to like a earphone that goes into the ear like those accoustibuds. just don't understand how anyone can have "standard" ipod earphones in their ears for long periods of time IMO

I own a pair of Shure SE310's and despite the custom fitting kit included with the ear buds they stay in the ears with great difficulty. It would be impossible to train in them for example.
