Yes, for work. Nice hardware, but the touchbar is crap, and there are lots of issues

Several. 1x 17”, 1x 15”, 1x 13”, 2x 11”.

I do, thank you for noticing.

Is this thread going anywhere?

No, too expensive, which is a Shame as it is the only Apple device that I like

Yes, mid 2015 15 inch MBP, it's used as my main computer, I hardly use my iMac these days.
When time to upgrade I'll be fine with the lack of ports on the new one, I also think the touch bar is stupid though.

Don't discount the second hand market, I bought my mid 2015 MBP in June last year for less than 20K in mint condition, it's still a beast of a machine, replacing with a new similar spec now will cost 38K.

I'm ok with the lack of ports, although it does mean that for everything, including ethernet, plugging in an HDMI display or even just USB storage, I need a dongle

But the touchbar is cr*p, buggy, it crashes many times. I am a developer, I need hard F-keys.

Lastly - very pesky sound issue on the new MacBook - if you go above a certail volume (about 25% on mine) the sound goes all tinny and the one speaker almost sounds like it switched off. This is a known issue, no permanent solution yet

Mid 2015 also don't have a Ethernet port, but I never had the need for one. I use USB on a daily basis though and also SD card from time to time.
