If it is listed as part of your cost to the company on your contract, then it is just an accounting trick. Real perks are things in addition to your negotiated salary.
Can structure one as part of my TCOE (total cost of employment) but it's basically just an accounting trick that's more trouble than it's worth (tax wise)Yes, for tax purposes, it is part of my TCTC but I do have the benefit of having one car on my employer's group car insurance scheme and I just pay the fringe benefit tax.
