With the upcoming changes for domestic workers on the horizon - do you tidy up after yourself? Or do you employ others to do it for you?

Gardener once a week. I'm not a clean freak and a bit of dust never killed anyone.

Keep the house tidy and do a thorough clean when I'm in the mood.

Jeans are great, wash them every 2 weeks or so and they never need ironing. With WFH in Summer I'm in shorts, never need ironing, only those things below the hemline.

Tidying up after myself, wash the dishes, vacuum the floors? Yes, that I do.

Scrub the windows, oil the furniture, polish the leather backings on chairs? No, I pay a cleaning lady to do that.

OT: use decent washing liquid and conditioner. It makes a HUGE difference.

Have someone that cleans the place once a week - mostly things like on top of the cabinets or on top of the fridge and below the fridge.

Geez. Even if I have to have my camera on for a work meeting, I'll be in pyjama bottoms. That's if I'm even wearing pants.
