However, I have the ability to apply logic and critical thinking, some people don't, whether that is a good or bad thing for society as a whole is up for argument.

For the most part yes, but as with anything on the internet some due diligence is required. The nice thing with Wiki pages is that they have references so you can research the topic further if required.
