Also a tiny tad concerned about what's been said about "cooking in air-fryers could produce acrylamide", although there was probably a similar doubt about microwaves when they first came out.

So do you eat all your food raw? Doesn't the same thing happen with ovens and microwaves?

Yep. Apart from regular cooking with it, it also serves as our microwave for heating things up.

Ovens, yes.

Microwaving, steaming and boiling are safe.
