Yes i use it daily, even going to work. I use google maps to check my arrival time and for any problems on my route.
 
I got the car 2 weeks ago.

Fair enough. My car's nav system doesn't have some of the newer roads around here. Perhaps they'll update it at the next service.
 
Yes. I use Waze daily primarily as a traffic monitoring tool, instead of navigating with it. It is more to check if there are delays or accidents ahead when driving. Occasionally, I would use it to navigate to a place I've never been to. HERE Maps offline really helps when I go to destinations without any network connectivity. Google Maps is for when Waze fails me.
 
Love using Google Maps as GPS. Thinking of switching to Waze for the Spotify integration though.
 
Much smaller area from what I have seen, Here maps you download the whole of SA.

Yep, true, but 40 square kilometers has always been enough for me, for anything else I'll just use data.

You can also add other offline maps, like I added Bangkok to mine as well when I was still here in SA.
