DoC’s telecoms cost benchmarking

That concludes Ivy's work for the year. She now has yet another confirmation that we are lagging in South Africa. Now she can plan her Xmas holiday in peace and wait for next year's benchmarking to see if South Korea maybe slipped up somewhere.

She did ask them via email to take it slow, didn't she? ;)
