Re-prioritisation of funds? Sounds like somebody is getting a new Benz, or perhaps a heated fire pool

We are there where no one really cares if they reach their targets! It became a pie in the sky!

I remember DOC holding a public workshop (2011?) and as the DG read out the number of jobs to be created in each ICT sub-sector, the stooges all I madly. I couldn't believe at the time, these were actually adults taking the pie-in-the-sky numbers read out at all seriously.

At least Mnr Carrim has the sense to scrap these numbers and basically tell Zuma publicly, albeit indirectly, that he will not be part of any political games around job creation promises.
