Dockside Cape Town reopening?!?

I've hearing rumors that Dockside in Cape Town (a very old club near Century City that closed) is opening again.

It's come from 3/4 different sources now (who can't possibly know each other - but the chance is there)

Now, I loved Dockside back in the day, rumors are April (end of it) it's opening.

Anyone know anything more concrete?!?
 
That was Dockside which then became that womans center until whatisname... that boerwors curtain fund fiddler got busted and (I believe his arrse got busted too in the back of a cop van last year?) and his wife (who operated the silly womans center next to Ratanga) fled to Oz. The building was placed under curatorship and has been empty ever since. I doubt they'd turn it into a dockside again though. There's a reason the original dockside went belly up.
