I'm not saying that you are wrong in using the apps you choose to use, i'm just saying that maybe you should have a look at GoodReader and then decide if it can solve some of your problems.

You know that I am using applications which do exactly the same as GoodReader. Then you start insulting me for asking the question "Do you say that GoodReader can solve my problem with duplicates?". At this stage you have admitted that GoodReader does not solve this particular problem. So now it is a time to realize that your input was completely pointless, stupid. and your insults only put a light on your own menthal condition. Right?
