Good day,
Anyone with experience with a case at the National Consumer Commission?
I have a case against a secondhand car dealership that has been going on for more than 150 days already. There hasn't been any movement on my case for the past two months, even with numerous enquiry e-mails.
Anyone who has been through a similar process and can indicate how long it usually takes?
From the updates, I can see that the case is in my favour, but I'm really in need of the vehicle and am starting to think I should just fix it myself and take the loss. Unfortunately, that will mean that the dealership will get away with shady dealings and not adhering to the law, again.
I logged my case with the auto ombudsman, but they ignored the case, the case was closed and referred to the NCC.
