Does anyone pay 8ta Contract via EFT?

Hello all

The call centre said debit order is the only option. From experience with other companies, if the account is up to date, the debit order is not run. Would still like to pay by EFT but don't have banking details. I will use the reference printed on my statement. Just want to find out if anyone pays via EFT? Where do i get banking details?

- Will the reference number be the same for all invoices? Would like to pay in advance, even before invoice arrives.
- Should I pay on the 1st of the month, will it be safe to assume that the debit order won't go of (on the 15th)?
- Do I need to email proof of payment when making payment or is it safe to assume that it will show and be processed by the 15th?

We have just recently posted a new billing sticky.

The reference number will remain the same

To be safe, the proof of payment should be provided to:

• Fax number: 088 012 311 3872
• Email: [email protected]
• An 8ta/Telkom store

Proof of payment must be accompanied by the following information:

• Name and surname
• ID/Passport number
• Alternate contact number
• Email address
• 8ta mobile number
• 8ta account number being paid

If you have no money owing, the debit order will not go through as your balance will reflect as R0.00 or if overpaid, the balance owing to you.
