Does anyone use VOIP on the RAIN network?

Two of my team (WTH) are on the RAIN network and they are unable to use the VOIP system we use? When I called RAIN about this they said they dont allow VOIP traffic on their network as its company policy, no other reason or explanation? Anyone else experience this? We are using the Yeastar/Linkus platform resold by a local supplier/provider.
 
When I had Rain the latency was so bad that you couldn't make a whatsapp
 
SIP based VOIP worked fine for me on rain latency wasn't too bad since I was near to tower and area was migrating to fibre.

@rain_mobile should be able to shed some light on this for you

EDIT: Just checked on my 4g PAYG sim and works fine

I used to use Yeastar/Linkus running on my phone when working from home. No issue. On Rain's 5G basic package. We cancelled the service for unrelated reasons.

I currently use Linphone connecting to a Switchtel hosted PBX, also no issue.

I also have voip over rain at my work since there’s no fibre. Works perfectly.
