Does FNB block Crunchyroll payments?

I'm failing to pay for a subscription. The verification charge works fine, but the main payment never happens. If this is FNB's issue what do I do about it?

Had an issue as well on FNB seemed it was a crunchyroll issue spoke to their support something about a security issue and after that got resolved no issues paying with my FNB virtual card every month

Okay, thanks. I'm waiting for their support to get back to me, I heard they're kind of unhelpful sometimes. We'll see.
