does it take weeks/months for afrihost to migrate?

Does it really take weeks or months for afrihost to action migration from telkom adsl+data package from telkom?
Got new number when I moved into new property and telkom sorted out the adsl etc.
But paid for adsl bundle on afrihost weeks ago .heading to months ...still waiting for migration...still shows pending on my afrihost account..
Do I just sit and wait ??

The reps should be able to help you tomorrow, they don't work on weekends.

Afrihost Live Chat said it is seamless with no down time, a few days ago I asked the same question.

Just tell them you will move your account to someone who wants your money. When I did that they sorted it within an hour.
