Found this on FTTH Council website. I'm unsure of how to interpret it. Good thing?

Colonel Mustard did it, in the bathroom, with the candlestick.

It means you need to provide us with more detail and some context.

It's a map of my home and how close it is to something called a Dark Fibre Africa building and two Dark Fibre Africa connection points? I assume that's what CON stands for. I'm curious to know if this can be interpreted as a good thing within the context of 1. getting FTTH soon and for a cheaper installation cost and 2. hopefully getting out from under Telkom's thumb.

Probably not...

Neh, for them to even begin considering offering FTTH in the area there needs to be a significant projected uptake. Not to mention feasibility in terms of competitor presence, density, presence of business's etc.

Its good in the sense that you can maybe smell the fibre, but doesn't mean you will actually get to taste it.

Similar situation. Planned fibre layout in my area. That's literally 100 metres.

No idea why they only cover half the block. Is there anything I can do about it?
